The Last of Us Part 1 PC release date, Steam pre-order & changes
A different kind of clicker is coming to PC.
The Last of Us Part 1 is finally launching on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Following a short delay, the release date has been revealed by Naughty Dog and Sony and, better yet, it's launching tomorrow.
TLOU Part 1 is the latest in Sony's efforts in porting its best PlayStation games onto PC. Ellie and Joel are joining the ranks of Kratos in God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn's Aloy, and more.
Rather than simply releasing a port of the PS3 original, Sony has instead opted for a PC version of the PS5 remake of the OG TLOU.
Its release is scheduled with some handy timing, too, for those looking to play the game for the first time after watching The Last of Us TV series (which was recently compared to The Mandalorian by lead actor Pedro Pascal).
The port will be sure to bring with it the PlayStation's usual bag of PC-specific bells and whistles too, making for a different and potentially better experience than even the PS5 can offer. That's if your PC is powerful enough to make the most of these features, anyway.
Read on to find out everything there is to know about tomorrow's The Last of Us Part 1 release date, pre-order information, and gameplay details.
